Freedom From Hunger Ghana, formerly the country office of the International Centre of Freedom From Hunger in Davis, California is a registered non-governmental, non-profit making organisation Our mission is to create, develop, demonstrate and disseminate country wide innovative programmes to eliminate hunger by building capacities and information that challenge the poorest families and communities to help themselves. In Ghana, Freedom from Hunger is noted for setting pace in group-based microfinance service delivery and its Credit with Education methodology has been adopted and in used by many organisations wanting to work with the poor in microfinance.
